1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DexVote, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Purpose

DexVote is a community-driven discovery platform for Solana tokens. We provide a voting mechanism to identify promising projects. Tokens reaching 100 votes may receive a DEX listing or, if DEX is already paid for, 30x Boosts.

3. No Financial Advice

DexVote does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All information on this platform is for informational purposes only. Users must conduct their own research (DYOR) before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Submit only legitimate Solana tokens with valid contract addresses
• Not manipulate voting through automated means or multiple accounts
• Not submit scam tokens, rug pulls, or fraudulent projects
• Respect intellectual property rights when submitting token information

5. Reward Decisions

Reaching 100 votes does not guarantee rewards. DexVote reserves the right to conduct due diligence and decline rewards for any project at our discretion. We determine whether to provide a DEX listing or DEX Boosts based on the token's current status. Reward decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

6. Limitation of Liability

DexVote and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk. Token values can be extremely volatile. Users acknowledge that they may lose their entire investment. Past performance does not indicate future results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DexVote, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of DexVote or its content suppliers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Privacy

We collect minimal user data. Voting is tracked via browser local storage. We do not sell or share user data with third parties. Token submissions and votes are publicly visible on the platform.

10. Modifications

DexVote reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.
